American actor, best known for playing the titular character in 2006's Superman Returns, as well as for the movie Dylan Dog: Dead of Knight. On TV he is known for playing Ray Palmer on Legends of Tomorrow and Daniel Shaw in Chuck.
In a 2006 article it mentioned his "Size: Stands just under 6 feet, 3 inches. He gained 22 pounds of muscle to play Superman." In SyFy.com he mentioned his weight & height: "I gained about 25 pounds of muscle, and weighed about 225 pounds during the movie. Chris was taller than me. He was 6'4....I'm 6'2 ½", although in a 2017 video claimed "I was 6'2 and 3/4 at the time, and now I'm 6'3 and a half."
