The Tapper helped cover President Obama's inauguration, having won an Emmy for Outstanding Live Newscast of a News Story. The Tapper is a member of the Edward R. His book The Outpost: An Untold Story of American Valor debuted at # 10 in November 2012 on the New York Times bestseller list for the non-fiction hardcover genre.
